Refund & Dispute Policy
All services provided by Midnight Siren LLC are non-refundable. Due to the nature of marketing and consulting services, time, strategy, and resources are allocated upon engagement and cannot be recovered. No refunds will be issued for services rendered, in part or in full.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the dispute and respond within 3 business days. We are committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and transparently before any dispute is escalated to a financial institution.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their engagement with Midnight Siren LLC by providing written notice at least 14 days before their next billing cycle. Cancellations made after this window will be charged for the following cycle and services will continue through that period. Any work already initiated or delivered at the time of cancellation is non-refundable.
